Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply once you have been notified of ACCEPTANCE into the Market. If you don't wish to comply with these T&C's, then please don't submit an application.

  • You must be set up and ready for trade 15 minutes prior to the market opening to the public at 10am Saturday and 10am Sunday.

  • You agree to remain open for the duration of the market, 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

  • You agree to set up at the market on both Saturday and Sunday (if this is what you have been offered). Failure to attend the market with your stall on Sunday will result in non-acceptance to future markets.

  • Late Payment Penalty Fee: Invoices paid after due date will incur a late penalty fee of $50.

  • Cancellation: As a stall holder you can cancel your site by emailing us. Cancellation from 2nd May 2024 will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the stall price. Cancellation from 1st June 2024 onwards will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the stall price.

  • To protect the stadium floor please have mats/cardboard/rubber stoppers under table feet/displays. We will be checking that everyone has done this.

  • Due to sports bookings the Friday evening is unavailable for setup. Setup will be available on Saturday from 8:00am. The stadium will be locked Saturday afternoon/night. You can leave your stall set up over night.

  • Stallholder parking during the market, on both days, will be on the grass to the north of the carpark or on the street. Please comply to this so there is plenty of parking for the market and other activities in the leisure centre.

  • If the event has to be postponed or abandoned due to any situation out of our control, the organisers shall be unable to provide full fee refunds in order to cover all necessary costs. If the event is cancelled we will refund 85% of your stall fee.

  • The Encraftment Team are not responsible for any loss or damage to any stall or property of any stall holder or any other person by theft or fire.

  • In no circumstance may the stall holder have any claim for damages of any kind against the organisers.

  • Power uses: All electrical leads must have a current test and tag, within the last 12
    months (venue requirement).

  • All food sites are non-powered sites. Food vendors with gazebos are responsible for supplying the necessary weights to allow for unexpected wind. For the Winter Market sites need to face outwards so customers wait on the pathways. For the Christmas Market sites can face inwards on the grassed area.

  • For some of our markets we will employ a photographer to capture the market for marketing purposes. These photos will be used on our website and social media.

Acknowledgement: By paying for a stall, a stall holder acknowledges they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions above.
