Whitehorse Cheese is the result of a unique collaboration between two individuals with vastly different backgrounds. Martyn, a Food Technologist, Microbiologist, and Cheese Maker, boasts over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Lynne, on the other hand, brings 25 years of business acumen to the table. Together, they purchased a property in the charming South Island town of Waimate and created Whitehorse Cheese.
