Michelle, known as The Sassy Salt Lady, is a self-confessed foodie with a passion and knowlege of salt-blending accumulated over 30 years of experience using fresh, seasonal produce from local growers who believe in their products. With over 23 years of experience in France, her flavors range from Smoked Garlic, Red Wine and Black Garlic to a less traditional Pickled Plum with Wakame or Orange and Fennel.
