Michelle, known throughout Canterbury as The Sassy Salt Lady, is a self-confessed foodie with a passion for creating unique sea salt blends using fresh, seasonal produce from local growers. From these handcrafted salts a range of crackers and sauces were developed.
Each product showcases the flavours and colours of this real food. After spending twenty years in France exploring different salts and honing her culinary skills, she is eager to share her passion for high-quality food across Aotearoa.
