Atelier Royale

Atelier Royale makes handmade straw sunhats and felt hats. The hats are designed and made by Simone in-house, and our specialty is in smaller & larger sizes. (54 – 64cm). Some of the straws are blocked on a vintage French Hat Press, and some straws, plus the felts are hand-blocked on wooden hat blocks. The old-fashioned way. Atelier Royale sources and uses quality natural materials for the hats. An exclusive range of styles is available to suit everyone, and trim colours to match every outfit. Sustainability is important, and these hats are 95% compostable. If you can’t find a hat, it can be made make it, Atelier Royale offers a full custom bespoke service.
