Kathleen Richens is a watercolour illustrator from North Canterbury. She is Gavin Bishop Illustration Award runner up. Kathleen draws and paints by hand whimsical children’s illustrations and fine art style New Zealand native birds. These come in a range of prints, originals, stickers, bookmarks and mugs.
Kathleen’s specialty is custom watercolour portraits of weddings, couples, families and pets. She paints these from customer’s photos to create unique heirloom gifts to treasure.
Kathleen also offers other custom work such as illustrated wedding invitation designs, place cards and live wedding painting.
